He is survived by: his parents, Harvey Lee Dalton and Patricia Ann Paisley Dalton; his children, Derrick Verlaine Dalton Jr., Marquita Necole Dalton Williams (Jarrod) and Naquia Monet Dalton; his siblings, Anitra Dalton White (Gordon), Charlton Terrence Dalton (Betty) of North Carolina and Reginald Connelly Dalton of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Kierre J. Sims, Kamora S. Williams and Jeremiah E. J Chapman; and his nieces and nephews, Andre Terence Dalton, Alisha Rochelle Dalton, Dayo Zalika Dalton, Zendaya Dalton and Tsani Cien Dalton of New Jersey. He is also survived by other uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
