Though Glenda Forrest may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Reid Forrest and Myrtle Smith Forrest; and her husband Thad Kerr Hartley. She is survived by: her daughter Lorre Hartley Young (Chad); her grandchildren, Alex Brian Young, Mitchell Blake Roberts and Madison Marie Armstrong; her aunt Hilda Vae Shoaf; and her pet Honey Bun-Bun.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tyro Methodist Church (4484 S Nc Hwy 150, Lexington, NC 27295).
