He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earley Owens and Rosie Ellen Owens. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Owens of Winston-Salem; his daughter Robin Sears (Randy) of Lexington; his sisters, Linda Kay Craven of Winston-Salem and Brenda Sue Beck of Winston-Salem; and his grandchildren, Michael Sears, Courtney Sears and Cameron Sears.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Davidson Funeral Home - Winston Salem (858 Hickory Tree Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27127). A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2730 Peters Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27127).
