He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rush; his children, Michelle Atkins, Letitia Bates Hogan (Gerald), Chad Everhart (Kassie) and Brian Rush; his grandchildren, Katie Shaw (Logan), Jaden Bates, Trevor Everhart, Clementine Everhart, Evan Everhart, Asia Everhart, Karissa Rush and Korbin Everhart; his great grandchild Gatlin Shaw; and his siblings, Paula White and Sammy Rush.
