He was predeceased by: his parents, John Daniel Smith and Dicy Huggins Smith; and his brothers, Leonard Smith and Clyde Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Smith; his children, Thomas Ullman (Courtney) of Belews Creek, Misty Burns (Billy) of Lexington and Dawna Frank (Derick) of Lexington; his siblings, Doug Smith (Pat) of Lexington, Madeline Davis of Churchland and Nancy Koontz of Churchland; and his grandchildren, Audrina, Jagger, Bianca, Chaz and Whitney.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
