She was predeceased by: her father Lonnie Ray Lawson. She is survived by: her husband Michael Eugene Garner; her mother Mollie Alexander Lawson; her sisters, Shelia Johnson, Rena Cilluffo (Scott) and Terri Clement (Michael); and her pet Teddy. She is also survived by her family but her lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Piedmont Funeral Home (405 S Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Forest Hill Memorial Park (1307 W Old Hwy 64, Lexington, NC 27295).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to Family Services of Davidson County.
