He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Preston Rummage and Ida Wright Rummage; and his wife Estelle Hobbs Rummage. He is survived by: his children, Len Rummage of Virginia and Cathy Martin (Randy) of Linwood; his granddaughters, Hannah Grubb (Gray) and Lindsay Kimbrell (Bradley); and his great grandchildren, Harper, Emma, Macy, Lily and Charlotte.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Reeds Baptist Church (180 Reeds Baptist Church Rd, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hinkle Hospice House, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292, in memory of Charles and Estelle.
