With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bobby Gray Michael Sr. of Lexington, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard Michael and Frankie Rummage Michael; and his brothers, Melvin Michael and Johnny Michael. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Maxine Michael; and his children, Ken Michael (Sherri), Bobby Michael Jr., Jerry Michael (Peggy), Terry Michael and Sandee Michael. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reeds Baptist Church (180 Reeds Baptist Church Rd, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Forest Hill Memorial Park (1307 W Old Hwy 64, Lexington, NC 27295).
