She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bell and Virginia Elizabeth Smith Bell; her husband Robert Damascus Motsinger; and her brother-in-law Rev. Roy Smith. She is survived by: her children, Eddie Motsinger (Phyllis) of Lexington, Vestal Motsinger (Kina) of Lexington, Dale Motsinger of Lexington, Charles Motsinger (Amanda) of Lexington, Sandra Pickett (Jimmy) of Lexington and Lynne Smith of Lexington; and her siblings, James Benson (Clara) of Goose Creek, SC, Charlotte Smith and Salem.
