He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Ward Curry and Daisy Kepley Curry; and his siblings, Paul Franklin Curry, Sr. and Josephine Curry Miller. He is survived by: his wife Doris "Dottie" Curry; his sons, Rickey Ward Curry and Scotty Young Curry (Holly); his grandchildren, Shauna Curry Hedrick (Sam), April Curry Bunton (Matt), Andrew Hampton Curry and William Lawson Curry; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Hedrick, Daisy Grubb (Daniel), Nathan Baker and Brantley Bunton; his great great grandchild Dallas Grubb; and his nephew Mickey York (Barbara).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home - Lexington (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Grove Lutheran Church (212 Holly Grove Lutheran Church Rd, Lexington, NC 27292).
