She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Wayne Holmes; her son Michael Morris; and her sister Cheryl Gullett. She is survived by: her children, Bradley Morris, Allan Lipford (Danielle), Traci Hennessee (Stacy) and Beverly Phillips (Junior); her sister Michele Leonard; her brother-in-law Bryce Gullett; and her grandchildren, Ryan Hennessee, Andrea Weaver, Josh Weaver, Cody Morris, Kayla Phillips, Kacey Phillips, Olivia Hennessee, Chase Wilkerson, Eddie Lipford, Andy Lipford, Marianna Lipford, Mason Lipford, Kynleigh Phillips and Milo Lipford.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
She was also a dedicated supporter of causes she held dear, and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation in her memory.
