We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2023, at the age of 79, William George Fanning (Lewisville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Charles and Virginia Frantz Fanning; his wife Virginia "Ginny" Lee Roha Fanning; his sons, Jeff Fanning (Staci), Douglas Fanning (Barbara) and Dennis Fanning; his grandchildren, Ashli Jung (Ross), A. J. Fanning (Sara), Ryan Fanning (Caitlin), Jeremy Fanning and Alyssa Fanning; his great grandchildren, Miah, Maci, Kenzi, River and Kinsley; his brother Ross Fanning (Nancy); and his nephews, Kevin Fanning (Greg Fanning) and Mike Burnside.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friends Baptist Church Building Fund, 1840 Lewisville Clemmons Rd. Clemmons, NC 27012.
