He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Preston Madison, Sr.; his sister Jane Madison Bowers; and his daughter-in-law Vickie Stewart Madison. He is survived by: his wife Edith Hall Madison; his sons, Rick Madison (Sandra) and Greg Madison; his brother Jim Madison (Clara Dale); and his close friend Cindy Doub.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hebron Colony Ministries or to Calvary Baptist Church in Winston-Salem.
