Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Lewisville Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (6685 Shallowford Rd, Lewisville, NC 27023). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Enon Baptist Church (6321 Old U. S. 421, East Bend, NC 27018).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 945 Zephyr Rd. Dobson, NC 27017.
