He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Worth Kepley and Nancy Kepley; and his brother Wesley Kepley. He is survived by: his wife Mitzie Kepley; his children, Russell Kepley (Jessica) of Winston-Salem and Lindsey Kepley Cox (Seth) of Boonville; his grandchildren, Mackinzie Cox and Madison Cox; his sister Cindy Kepley Crouse (Randy Crouse) of Lewisville; his nieces, Andrea Crouse of Greensboro and Julie Crouse of Winston-Salem; and his close friend Tommy Sharpe of Winston-Salem.
