It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Davis Frye (Lewisville, North Carolina), who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Davis and Fannie Davis; and her husband Monroe Frye. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Monroe Frye and Melissa Frye (Richard Colwell); her granddaughter Harmony Frye-Colwell (Dalton Miller); and her great grandchild Lorelei Hazel Miller. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
