He is survived by: his wife Peggy C. Holder; his sister-in-law Doris Holder; his nephew Donald R. Barker (Dena); his great-nephew Craig; and his niece Cindy Holder.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Mountain Valley Hospice.
