She is survived by: her children, Jack Amos Hartle, Jr. (Anja), Faith Hartle Piechowiak and Robin Hartle Nixon; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Davis (Ford), Tyler Peichowiak and Caroline Black (Sam); her great grandchildren, Grayson, Moira, Asher, Sydney and Charlotte; and her sister Ellen Young.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
