He was predeceased by: his parents, Linwood Bazemore and Essie Mitchell Bazemore. He is survived by: his children, Alice Bazemore of Lewiston Woodville, NC, Sharon Veale (Nelson) of Lewiston Woodville, NC, Thomas Bazemore (Zera) of Norfolk, VA and Douglas Williams of Lewiston Woodville, NC; and his siblings, Thelma Keys of Lewiston Woodville, NC, Alice Willie of Lewiston Woodville, NC, Nellie Watson (Eddie) of Richmond, VA, Charlie Bazemore (Mary) of Lewiston Woodville, NC and Larry Bazemore (Ruth) of Lewiston Woodville, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Evening Light Church of God in Christ (505 NC-305, Windsor, NC 27983).
