He was predeceased by: his sister Teresa Rice. He is survived by: his children, Danielle Rice (Brian), Christopher Rice, Ashlin Rice and Jeremiah Rice (Baylee); his mother Betty Crigger Rice; and his siblings, Angela Briggs (Eddie), Steve Rice (Tammy) and Tony Rice (Pam). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the Lindsey Funeral Home (219 N Main St, Rural Retreat, VA 24368). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Groseclose Chapel Cemetery (2219 Dry Rd, Speedwell, VA 24374).
