It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winnie Mae Gragg (Lenoir, North Carolina), who passed away on September 6, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Carson Dula and Maude Dillard Dula; her husband Charles L. Gragg; and her brothers, Winfred Dula and Bruce Dula.
She is survived by: her son Charles Kevin Gragg (Bonita K. Gragg); her grandchildren, Patrick L. Gragg (Rachel M. Gragg) and Susan E. Martin; and her great grandchildren, William Larkin Gragg (Liam) and Ava Grace Martin.
