He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Rowley Reagan; his daughter Lucinda Marie Reagan; and his sister Zola Pember. He is survived by: his brother Quadri; his wife Jane Millson Reagan; his children, Robert Reagan (Ellen) of Mountain Home, Christopher Reagan of Mountain Home, Patrick Reagan (Diane) of Hickory, Anita Oakley (John) of Union Grove, Rebecca Poarch (Brian) of Lenoir and Janette Laws (Kenneth) of Maiden; and his siblings, Ronald, Don Rowley, Jackie Uhler, Donna Christenson and Aneta Jane Martinez. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
