She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Greene and Jessie Greene; her husband Bruce Artis Hege; and her siblings, Cevil, Ed, Frankie Greene and Marlene Honeycutt.
She is survived by: her sons, David Hege (Mary Beth) of Boone, N. C. and Dennis Hege (Faith Hege) of Hickory, N. C.; her grandchildren, Natalie, Joshua and Sarah Hege; her great grandchildren, Kirby and Lola; and her siblings, Vernon, Gerald, Larry, Tom Greene and Betty McKinney.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Yadkin Baptist Church (2044 Roby Martin Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
