With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Walsh of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on October 1, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vilas T. Walsh and Margaret "Lizzie" Livingston Walsh; his wife Martha Dickson Walsh; and his son Douglas Clinton Walsh. He is survived by: his sisters, Ina Walsh Martin of Betty Jo, Setzer of Lenoir and Vivian Taylor of Lenoir; his friend Brenda Haigler; and his son Greg Haigler of Lenoir. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
