He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Tolbert and William Cecil Mooney; and his brothers, Clifton and Larry Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mooney; his children, Lance Mooney, Ryan Mooney (Therese), Crystal Patterson (Janarro) and Ashley Mooney; his grandchildren, Christian, Cameron, Lykia, Nathaniel, Kaylan Mooney, Jadon and Jalon Dabner; and his siblings, Dennis, Neil Mooney, Trish, Linda and Wanda.

The family would like any flowers or donations to be sent to Miracle Church for the Service.
