He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Harper and Fannie Dula Harper; and his siblings, Tyrone, Wilbert, Barry, Irene and Iva (Ivey).
He is survived by: his sisters, Dorothy Johnson of Florida and Nettie Wiggins of Florida; his former wife Joan Ferguson; and his stepson Anthony Ferguson (Tony). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
