He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hartley and Winnie Coffey Hartley; his son Shane Allen Hartley; and his brothers, Ronard and Dennis Hartley.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Wyvill Hartley; and his children, Victor Hartley and Macey Hartley. He is also survived by two grandchildren; a brother; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (1545 Orchard Dr, Lenoir, NC 28645).
