He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Adams and Louise Nelson Adams. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Walser Adams; his daughter Karen Maye (Mike); and his siblings, Mark Adams (Debbie) and Peggy Hoyle (Ted). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greer-McElveen Funeral Home and Crematory (725 Wilkesboro Blvd NE, Lenoir, NC 28645).
