With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vivian Kay Chapman (Lenoir, North Carolina), who passed away on January 13, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Braxton Hicks and Ruth Hicks Sanders; her husband Phillip Gainor Chapman; and her brother Terry Sanders. She is survived by: her children, Todd Chapman (Cindy) of Lenoir and Donna Daye (James) of Lenoir; her siblings, Larry of Lenoir, Jack Sanders of Lenoir, Danny Sanders of Shelby and Doris Warren of Lenoir; and her grandchildren, Tonia Chapman of Lenoir, Dustin Chapman of Granite Falls, Travis Chapman of Collettesville and Jacob Daye of Lenoir. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
The family respectfully requests that memorials be made to Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care at 902 Kirkwood Street Lenoir, NC 28645.
