He was predeceased by: his parents, Murl Smart and Betty Jo Smart; and his brother Jerry Ray Smart. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Hawkins Smart; his children, Troy Daren Smart, Jr. (Julia), David Nathaniel Smart (Sarah), Dillon Garrett Smart and Hannah Renee Linares (Daniel); his grandsons, Nathan, Andy and Cole Smart; and his siblings, Murl Ray Smart Jr. (Betty), Maxwell Corey Smart (Janie), Linda Rose Greene (David) and Nancy Faye Caudill (Quentin Murph). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Face masks and social distancing will be required.
