She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Lewis and Beatrice Cornett Lewis; her husband Russell Bruce Roark; her son Gary Roark; and her siblings, Margaret Mahala, Georgia Daughtery, Carl Lewis, Darryl Lewis, Earl Lewis and James Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Dannie Roark (Roberta) of Boomer, Steven Roark, Lewis Roark, Kathy McNeil of Granite Falls, Sandra Bumgarner (Eddie) of Hudson and Donna Tester (Jerry) of Lenoir; and her brothers, Steve Lewis of Pennsylvania, Johnny Lewis of Maryland and Clyde Lewis of Creston.
