He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Gene Stephens, Sr. and Alverta Young Stephens; his wife Sandy McCroskey Stephens; his children, Hannah Olivia Stephens (Alexander Wayne Sallee) and Adam Christopher Stephens (Abbey Leigh Smith); his sister Lori Ann Butterfield (Steve Butterfield); his parents-in-law, Ralph and Dot Nichols; his nieces and nephews, Casey, Matt, Megan, Gini, Ricky, Carrie, Stephen and Josh; his godchildren, Blythe Derby and Shae Stephens; and also Tip White (Angie White).
