He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Hinson and Trula Carlton Cannon. He is survived by: his wife Ella Sue Wicker Hinson of Connelly Springs, NC; his children, Jason Michael Hinson (Jennifer) and Jennifer Newton (Todd) of Taylorsville, NC; his stepson Douglas T. McCarver of Connelly Springs, NC; his sister Vicki Rhoades (Steve) of Wilkesboro; and his grandchildren, Zoey, Stephen and Daniel.
Due to COVID-19 a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family simply requests remembrance of them by saying a special prayer for their comfort.
