It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tessie Icenhour Miller of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on July 18, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Annalee Miller and Willie Icenhour; her stepfather Robert Miller; her son William Hicks; her brothers, Ivy, Mack and Carl Icenhour; and her nephew Wilson Icenhour.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Lowman and Teresa Hicks; her grandchildren, Sierra Owens and Jason Miller; her great grandchildren, Kevin and Gracie Owens; and her siblings, David Icenhour (Shirley), Ruby Bratton (Jeff) and Nancy Parker (Randy). She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
