He is survived by: his children, Winter Lanett Tugman of Lenoir, Terry Lynn Tugman of Lenoir, Shatera Lashay Dixon of Lenoir and Tylisha Lynn Dixon of Lenoir; his siblings, Arthur Dixon Jr., Bobby Dixon and Teresa Dixon Johnson (Eddie); his grandchildren, Ajayia Bristol, Milon Wiggins, Zion Tugman, Kelis Ferguson-Greene, Chloe Harris, Terieon Davidson, Nivaryas Horton and Nashay Horton; his great grandchildren, Wezlynn Bristol, Kaiden Wiggins and Harmony Wiggins; and his close friend Tammy Greene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to Covid-19, the family will receive friends at each of their respected homes.
