He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz Lovins and Evelyn Labo Lovins; and his brother Donald Lovins. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Sumpter Lovins; his daughter Terri Wood (Chris) of Lenoir; his brothers, Robbie Lovins of Lenoir and Steve Lovins (Debbie) of Lenoir; his granddaughters, Sierra Wood and Angelica Harris; and his great grandchild Troy Harris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
