She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathalne Watson Epright and Robert Epright; and her daughters, Heather Rector and Tina Stewart. She is survived by: her children, Ellen Rose Epright, Ryan Philyaw and Robert "Jethro" Philyaw; and her siblings, Robert Epright and Kara Adams.
