She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Smith. She is survived by: her husband David Lee Tolbert; her daughters, Sabrina Cannon Tolbert, Julie T. Danner (Darrin Powell) and Amy Danner; her brother Gerry Smith (Kevin Smith); and her grandson Patrick Tolbert.
