It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Lamar Bryant (Lenoir, North Carolina), who passed away on July 30, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Laney Bryant and Myrtle Poarch Bryant; and his siblings, Terry Bryant and Janice Bryant. He is survived by: his wife Scottie Chapman Bryant; his son Eric Matthew Bryant of Lenoir; his grandsons, Hunter Matthew Bryant (Emily Simmons) of Lenoir and Alex Chandler Bryant of Lenoir; and his sister Judy Sipes (Bill) of Bethlehem.
