He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Alex Whisenant and Rosalee Brown Whisenant; and his brother Gene Whisenant. He is survived by: his wife Beulah Jean; and his siblings, Lee Allen Whisenant, Bruce Miles Whisenant, Perry Donald Whisenant, Ted Wayne Woods and Diane Whisenant.
