He was predeceased by: his parents, Silvio Gardiol Martinat, Sr. and Madeliene Garrou Martinat; his former wife Faye Benfield Martinat; and his brother Dr. Edwin Martinat. He is survived by: his wife Lida Suddreth Martinat; his stepchildren, Donna Rabb of Lenoir, Rhonda Walker (Keith) of Lenoir, John Rabb of Lenoir and Vernon Gragg (Elenor) of Lenoir; his sister-in-law Martha Martinat of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Larry Gragg (Shannon), Vickie Cannon (Terry), Charles Gragg and Morgan Walker; his niece Karen Witt; his nephew Henry Martinat; his cousin Eddie Micol; his friend Charles Hathcoth; and his great grandchildren, Ethan and Noah Cannon.
Due to COVID-19 face masks and social distancing will be required.
