She was predeceased by: her parents, John Church and Bessie Church; her husband Arthur Adams; and her siblings, Margaret, Faye, Rachel, Homer, Paul and Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Taylor (Bill) and Ronald Scott; her friend Martha Johnson; her grandchildren, Andrea, Brenda, Brian and Timmy; and her brother James Church. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and other family members.
