She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrison and Bradie Hughes Byerly; her former husband William Kenneth Barlow; her husband J. W. Crouse; her son William Edgar Barlow; her siblings, Raymond, Edmund, Raeford Byerly and Geneva Cardwell; and her grandson Brandon Lamar Barlow.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Barbara Barrier of Lincolnton and Robin Huss (Randy) of Lincolnton; her daughter-in-law Ruby Barlow of Lenoir; and her sisters, Helen Winebarger of Lenoir, Lucille Adkins (William) of Lenoir and Linda James of Lenoir. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
