It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Martin McGalliard of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on May 6, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Roby Martin; her husband Marvin Luther McGalliard; and her sisters, Dovie Hall, Beadie McLean and Marie Newton.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Marvin McGalliard (Arlene) of Lenoir and Linda McGalliard Staley (Alan) of Lenoir; her grandchildren, Melody and Jamie; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jay. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
