She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lowe and Timmie Lowe of Alexander County; and her siblings, Jeanette Small, Bobby Gene Lowe, Gary Eugene Lowe, Betty Greene and Wayne Melton.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Lowe, Sonia Westburg, Nancy Baker (Jeff) and Lisa Reid (Dedrick); her siblings, Steve Allen Lowe and Lorene Silvia Pettit; and her grandchildren, Chelsea Frye (Matthew), Josh Lowe, Nathan Lowe, Adrian Martin, Cody Reid, Heaven Reid, Connor Baker and Zack Baker. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Social distancing regulations will be followed, and the family asks that masks be worn.
