Roy Triplett touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Dempsey Icenhour and Lillie Mae Triplett Icenhour; and his siblings, Leo, Lawrence, Sherman, Bill, Bynum, Dorothy, Lena and Lola Belle.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Warren Icenhour; his children, Roy Nathan Icenhour and Donna Roxanne Childers (Brent) of Lenoir; and his grandsons, Richard Jason McGhinnis (Rachel) and Roy Seth McGhinnis. He is also survived by two great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
