He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Roy and Pansy Mitchell St. John; his wife Geannette Hall St. John; and his son-in-law Allen Smith. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Smith, Anita Workman (James), Rebecca Angle (Joe) and Keith St. John (Karen); his grandchildren, Ryan, Matthew, Keira, Joshua, Phillip, Chelsey, Autumn, Faith, Hope and Grace; his great grandchildren, Eden, Nevaeh, Hunter, Hayden, Abby, Natalie, Kimber, Harper, Haven, Ava and Jaxson; and his caregiver Sandie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
