He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Clarence Owens, Sr. and Mary Louise Owens. He is survived by: his wife Laura E. Owens; his son Matthew Owens (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Caelin Owens, Taylor Owens, Kaylie Owens and Caleb Shuffit; his brothers, Keith Franklin Owens and Robert Jeffrey Owens; and his close friend Charlie.
Due to Covid-19, a private interment will be held at St. James Episcopal Church.
