She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Gilbert Hampton and Christine Cavanaugh Hampton; her husband Will Graves; and her brother Forrest Hampton, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Elaine Mason Davis (Allen Mooring) of Kinston, Linda Mason Walker (Kevin) of Tarpon Springs, FL, Brenda Mason Huffman (Tim) of Richlands, Rose Ellen Alston (George) of Kinston, Terry Graves Liles (Dennis) of Snow Hill, Thomas "Sam" Mason (Lori) of Midlothian, VA, Donald Ray Melton, Jr. (Penny) of Bethel and Sonny Graves of Snow Hill; her grandchildren, Candi Potter, Brandon Stevens, Tara Stacey, Devin Walker, Kristen Wright, Justin Davis, Starlyn Imperiale, Shea Mason, Dylan Melton, Isaiah Melton, Jeremiah Melton, Marcus Alston, George Alston, Jr. and Nicholas Alston; and her great grandchildren, Evan, Bryce Potter, Layden, Wesley, Kylan Walker, Auden, Camden Imperiale, Ellason Stacey, Ava, Jiraiya, Jeremiah and Jozliah Alston.
