She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Johnson and Oleta Pitts Johnson; and her husband Jack O. Martin. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Martin Coffey (Joel) and Kimberly Martin Haus (Tom); her siblings, James H. Johnson, Mary Musshafen (John) and Margaret Parker; her grandchildren, Jessica Gilbert, Travis Coffey and Will Haus (Kaari); and her great grandchildren, Presley Gilbert, Oden Coffey, Obie Coffey and Freya Haus.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Mountain View Baptist Church Food Pantry at 3005 Shallow Creek Road, Lenoir, NC 28645 (Attention: Judy Ouzts).
